Growing up on a dairy farm in western Pennsylvania, Casey Neuburger was shaped by hard work, discipline, and the strength of family. At 15, he took his first job at a KOA Campground, where a demanding boss reinforced his naturally meticulous nature. A college internship at the Marriott Marco Island ignited his passion for Rooms Operations, setting the course for a lifelong hospitality career. He later earned a master's in organizational leadership from Mercyhurst University, further sharpening his leadership skills. With over 30 years in the industry, Casey’s journey has been defined by growth, learning, and a deep commitment to excellence.
After nine years at Hotel Nikko San Francisco, he was recently appointed General Manager of the 533-room luxury property. Beyond the hotel, Casey serves as Board President of the Primed and Prepped program at YMCA Hunters Point, championing education, mentorship, and fundraising for aspiring young chefs. The program empowers youth to overcome employment barriers and build meaningful careers in hospitality and culinary arts.
